Terms of Service

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms of Service, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Account"

means your registered account with GetMyUSMail.com through which you access our Services.

"Business Days"

means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

"CMRA"

means Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, as defined by USPS regulations and authorized under 39 CFR § 3001.

"Company," "we," "us," or "our"

means Biz International Corp., doing business as GetMyUSMail.com, a corporation organized under the laws of Massachusetts, with its principal place of business at 1215 Main St, Unit 115, Tewksbury, MA 01876.

"Customer," "you," or "your"

means the individual or entity that has registered for and uses our Services.

"Services"

means all products, services, features, content, and applications offered by the Company, including but not limited to virtual mailbox services, mail forwarding, package consolidation, digital mail scanning, registered agent services, and related services.

1.2 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification or re-enactment thereof. "Including" means "including without limitation."

2.1 Overview

GetMyUSMail.com operates as a USPS-certified Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) providing comprehensive mail and package management services to customers worldwide. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Virtual mailbox services with real Massachusetts street addresses
• Mail and package receiving and storage
• Digital mail scanning and notification
• Domestic and international mail forwarding
• Package consolidation and repackaging
• Massachusetts registered agent services
• Personal shopping and package receiving assistance
• Virtual office solutions
• Concierge mail management services

2.2 CMRA Authorization

The Company is authorized and certified by the United States Postal Service as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency in full compliance with 39 CFR § 3001 and all applicable USPS regulations. This certification permits us to receive mail and packages on your behalf after proper completion of USPS Form 1583.

2.3 Service Availability

Services are provided subject to availability and our operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or modify service offerings at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Mandatory Completion

As required by federal law (39 CFR § 3001.10), ALL customers must complete USPS Form 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent) before we can accept mail or packages on your behalf. This is a non-negotiable federal requirement.

4.2 Form Requirements

USPS Form 1583 must be:

• Completed in its entirety with accurate information
• Signed in the presence of a notary public or authorized USPS employee
• Accompanied by two valid forms of identification
• Submitted to us within 7 days of account creation

4.3 Notarization Assistance

We offer complimentary notarization assistance through:

• In-person notarization at our Massachusetts facility (by appointment)
• Remote online notarization via video conference
• Referral to local notary services in your area

6.4 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Business Mailbox Only)

Business Mailbox subscriptions (Medium and Virtual Office plans) qualify for a refund within 30 days of the application date if:

• The refund is requested within 30 calendar days of initial payment
• The customer has not significantly used the Services
• No fraudulent activity is suspected
• The customer provides written cancellation notice

Refunds exclude any shipping fees, storage fees, or ancillary service charges already incurred.

6.5 No Refunds for Personal Mailbox

Personal Mailbox subscriptions, Starter plans, and introductory offers are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

11.1 Absolute Prohibitions

The following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will not be accepted under any circumstances:

• Hazardous Materials: Explosives, flammable liquids/solids, oxidizers, toxic substances, radioactive materials, corrosives, compressed gases
• Weapons and Ammunition: Firearms, gun parts or accessories, ammunition, explosives, knives (except culinary), martial arts weapons, tasers, stun guns, pepper spray
• Controlled Substances: Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription medications (unless properly licensed), marijuana/CBD products
• Currency and Negotiables: Cash, checks, money orders, bank drafts, bearer bonds, stock certificates
• Counterfeit Goods: Knock-offs, replicas, items violating intellectual property rights
• Tobacco Products: Cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping products

16.3 Liability Cap

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF:

• The total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
• $500 USD

21.4 Individual Arbitration Only

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, AND CONSOLIDATION WITH OTHER ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

21.7 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@getmyusmail.com within 30 days of account creation. Opt-out notices must include your name, address, and a clear statement declining arbitration.
